For Parents of the Kindergarten, First and Second Grades who would like to assist in handwork, and anyone else interested in knitting.
Assistants are needed for:
First Grade handwork: Tuesday & Thursday, from 1:00 to 1:45
Second Grade handwork: Tuesday & Thursday from 10:45 to 11:30.
If you would like to help in the classroom, please join us for our Parent's Knitting Circle, any Tuesday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 am for a little review. You must attend at least once before helping in the class.
We will meet on the patio by the Treehouse while weather is warm, and in the Handwork Room when the weather turns chilly. Our first knitting circle will be on Tuesday, September 11th and continue every week until December. All supplies are included!
If you have never learned to knit, this is a great place to learn! If you are an experienced knitter, we can help you become familiar with the projects we will be doing in class.
We would also like to extend an invitation to any parents of children in the kindergarten who would like to learn to knit -- come by and knit with us!
