A special assembly will be held honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. and his legacy.

Classes from grades 5 and up as well as faculty, staff and parents are invited to join us in this celebration which will include performances by Gerald C. Rivers and the Peace Drummers, accompanied by Terron Brooks, and Andreas Geck (HH parent).

Gerald C Rivers
Gerald C. Rivers grew up in Compton California and is a 3-time national gold medalist in dramatic interpretation. His biggest vocal success has come from being the voice of the great Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Junior, earning him accolades while performing and touring all over the world as this resonating voice from the past.

Terron Brooks
Terron Brooks is an accomplished singer/songwriter/actor/author/motivational speaker who has a passion for sharing his gift of music with the world. Born and raised in Southern California, Terron has had the pleasure of performing with many amazing artists from Stevie Wonder to Michael Jackson. An acclaimed performer, The Los Angeles Times has described his voice as “smooth and soulful.”
