Starting Your Winter Vegetable Garden
Did you know that the fall and winter months are ideal for growing lettuce, broccoli and sugar peas? Learn the basics of planning, planting and caring for your winter garden and enjoy a delicious harvest all the way to springtime in the first of our monthly gardening workshops.
Join us on Thursday, September 22, from 2 pm to 3:30 pm in the Highland Hall Garden under the big mulberry tree. Spaces are limited. Sponsored by the Garden Gnome Society at Highland Hall.
$15 workshop fee. Includes materials and refreshments.
