Independent Study Program

Does your high school student want a more unique program that they can help design?

Talk to us at Highland Hall, where small class size counts and each student is heard.

There are several opportunities for High School students to expand their academic work beyond the classroom, and create the program that suits their interests.

Community College Enrichment

Highland Hall Waldorf School allows interested junior and senior High School students who show academic promise an opportunity to take college credit courses at a nearby community college, e.g. Pierce, Valley, Glendale, Pasadena.

Independent Study Program for Supplemental Learning

Highland Hall Waldorf School offers an independent study program for eligible high school students.  The program is designed to augment the high school curriculum for students who are highly motivated for additional learning opportunities. It also supports students who have special endeavors that require them to be off campus part of the time.

Independent Study Program for Remedial Work

Highland Hall Waldorf School offers an independent study program for high school students requiring additional work to meet minimum, regular course requirements necessary for graduation.
